TabSettle Loyalty captures opted-in diner contacts at the payment moment. The same QR code that splits the check builds your list.
Most restaurants send guests out the door with nothing. The platforms guests use to find you own the relationship. When you want to reach a past visitor, you pay for the introduction all over again.
Even restaurants running loyalty programs face the same wall: signup forms at the counter, punch cards at the register, and apps that guests download once and delete. Contacts collected outside the payment moment are contacts you had to earn twice.
Guests scan the QR code at the table, split the check with their party, and pay from their phone. The same QR code they already use to settle up.
After payment, a single screen gives diners the choice to share their contact and receive an offer from the restaurant. The opt-in is always affirmative and never pre-selected.
Opted-in diners receive the welcome offer you configured, sent through TabSettle's messaging infrastructure. You keep the contact. They keep the offer.
Works on Square, Clover, Toast, Aloha, MICROS. TabSettle operates at the payment layer, so the POS underneath does not matter.
The opt-in is built into the payment flow. The same QR code that splits the check builds the list.
Payment and marketing run through the same TabSettle dashboard. No separate marketing software to install or integrate.
Loyalty is an add-on to the base TabSettle subscription. Messaging volume tiers are not finalized; pilot restaurants will not be charged overage fees during the pilot.

TabSettle installs, trains staff, tracks results. If you do not see clear improvement, you pay nothing.
